Our Process

The Apex Loss Mitigation System Consists of 8 Main Areas:

 1.  Discovery:
       Part A - Gather and evaluate current loan information and financials to see which loss mitigation solution is best to pursue.  
       Part B - Complete a Home Condition Evaluation Form to be used as part of the negotiation process if we proceed with a short sale.

  2.  Authorization:
       Have homeowner sign the appropriate disclosure documents and authorize us to speak to their lender.

  3.  Qualifying a Realtor For A Short Sale (listing is required by lender)

  4.  Loss Mitigation - Short Sale Preparation and Presentation To Lender

  5.  Coordinating Inspections (if needed)

  6.  Lender Follow-up Negotiations

  7.  Finalizing details with lender and closing agents:
       To acquire lien judgment waivers, new payment schedules & terms, or schedule short sale closing date that best accomodates the homeowner.

  8.  Homeowner Communications:
       Being available 24/7 to discuss details on the progress of the case.
